Child and Family Therapist

Full-Time (or Part-Time/Job Share); Interns welcome to apply
Provide trauma-informed mental health services for children and adolescents who have experienced abuse, along with support for their non-offending caregivers.

Essential job requirements

Conduct clinical intakes, assessments, and develop treatment plans. ● Provide trauma-focused, evidence-based therapy to children, adolescents, and caregivers. ● Engage caregivers as active partners in treatment. ● Provide crisis intervention and facilitate therapeutic groups as needed. ● Collaborate with MDT partners, schools, medical providers, child welfare, law enforcement, and community agencies. ● Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client confidentiality. ● Participate in peer consultation, continuing education, and quality improvement. ● Assist with agency training, grant reporting, and other duties as assigned.

Administrative Assistant

Part-Time
The Administrative Assistant keeps Wally’s House running smoothly by providing organized, dependable support to the Executive Director, Center staff, volunteers, and community partners. This role coordinates office operations, records, communications, and volunteer activities, requiring strong organization, discretion, and sound judgment, along with professional, culturally respectful interactions with children and families.
