2025 Annual Gala
Our second annual Gala was held April 26, 2025 at Chetco Brewing Company in Brookings, OR. We hosted 120 Curry County, Josephine County, and Jackson County residents, raising over $17,000.00. These proceeds will go to our unrestricted funds to cover expenses that our grants do not fund. Our third annual Gala will be held in spring 2026.
This year’s gala was a night of elegance and purpose, where guests donned their finest attire and masks, embracing the spirit of the occasion. Attendees enjoyed a delectable dinner catered by Black Trumpet Bistro, while engaging in spirited bidding during our live auction, featuring exclusive items and experiences. Additionally, a balloon raffle added to the excitement of the night, with fabulous prizes up for grabs.
All proceeds from this special event directly support Wally’s House in its mission to prevent child abuse and provide essential advocacy services to children and families in need. Join us as we come together to create a brighter future for our community’s most vulnerable members—your presence makes a difference!
2024 Annual Gala
This past April of 2024, we hosted our inaugural Gala at Crook Point’s Mervue Estate, hosting fifty Curry County residents and raising over $20,000! These proceeds went to our unrestricted funds to cover expenses that our grants do not fund, and towards our Capital Campaign to expand our services into our new Children’s Wellness Center.
All proceeds from this special event directly support Wally’s House in its mission to prevent child abuse and provide essential advocacy services to children and families in need.
